The term “noise pollution” emerged in the 1960s. As the industrial economy grew, pollution has begun affecting the environment, specifically, the soil, water, and atmosphere. This issue has since become one of the most concerning topics for both the scientist and media community.  In the list of new terms, noise pollution is a recent addition to the pollution family. In the modern context, noise pollution negatively impacts people worldwide. This includes lack of concentration, mental exhaustion, stress, and increased pressure. Many large cities and economic-industrial areas in Vietnam have issued warnings about noise pollution. The Southeastern Region includes Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong Province, and Dong Nai Province is the ideal example.
